What moves the price
Season
Mid-December to April and holiday weekends carry the highest villa and charter rates. September to early November is the cheapest window by a wide margin.
Group size
Costs per person drop sharply from about 10 guests upward, because villas, boats and vans are priced per unit, not per head.
Day of week
Friday and Saturday cost more for villas, boats and club tables. Moving the boat day to a weekday often saves 15-25%.
Lead time
The event-friendly villas and the good catamarans are a small pool. Booking 8-12 weeks out is the difference between choice and whatever's left.
