What's the minimum group size?

We plan for groups of six and up. Below that, we can still arrange individual experiences.

Can you handle 40 or 50 people?

Yes. Large groups mainly change the vessel, villa and transport — the planning process is the same.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Our quote is transparent and includes planning; there are no surprise fees added later.

How do you handle payments for a big group?

One itinerary, one invoice. One organiser confirms and the group settles with them, which is far simpler than eleven people paying separate vendors.

What group size works best?

We run 6 to 60. Above roughly 25 you need two vehicles and often two boats, which we plan in from the start rather than discovering on the day.

Can people arrive and leave on different days?

Yes. Transfers are scheduled per flight and activities are priced for who is actually there that day.

What if someone drops out?

Tell us as early as you can and we adjust the headcount on anything not yet confirmed. Boats and villas are per-vessel and per-property, so the total splits across fewer people.
