Safety and Legal Guide: Booking Professional Party Hosts in the Dominican Republic

By Punta Party Editorial Team · Published August 8, 2026 · Updated August 8, 2026

The short answer

Book hosting through a named operator with a written agreement covering hours, host count, location and price. Hosting and entertainment bookings are ordinary hospitality services; anything sexual is not something we offer, arrange or imply, and unvetted street or club arrangements are where visitors get into trouble.

Book hosting, in writing, through one operator

  • One contract or written confirmation covering hours, number of hosts, venue and price
  • No cash deals arranged in a club, on the street or through a stranger at your resort
  • No deposits handed over on the spot
  • One point of contact you can reach before, during and after

Vetting matters more than photos

We work from a known roster of professional hosts who are briefed on the group, the venue and the schedule before they arrive. Unvetted third parties sent to a private villa is the single biggest risk visitors take, and it is entirely avoidable.

Boundaries protect everyone

Hosting is the service. Requests outside hosting are declined, and a booking ends if a guest is disrespectful. Groups that understand this up front have better nights, not worse ones.

Practical nightlife safety for groups

  • Use pre-arranged private transport rather than street taxis at 3am
  • Keep the group together between venues
  • Agree an end time and a meeting point before you go out
  • Watch your tab and confirm minimum spends before the first bottle
  • Keep passports at the villa or hotel safe; carry a copy

What we will not do

Punta Party does not sell, arrange, broker or imply sexual services, and we do not work with anyone who does. If that is what a group is looking for, we are the wrong company.
